Durable quality plastic is accurately scaled in 16ths on one side, millimeters on the other. Beveled edges. Extra margins at each end of transparent ruler provide clear start and end points for more precise measuring. Raised edges eliminate smearing. Plumb line at each end serves as T-square. Hanging hole.
